"I was impressed with how beautifully this coffee cake shipped. The Cinnamon Walnut Coffee Cake comes with a container filled with just enough icing for the whole cake, that can easily be microwave and drizzle on top. I love that the icing was on the side for this coffee cake, as not everyone enjoys that extra sweetness. Being able to control the amount of icing was indeed a special treat, as everyone could have the amount they actually wanted. The Cinnamon Walnut Coffee Cake was also unlike any other coffee cake any of us had every tried.Many coffee cakes tend to be quite dry and crumbly, but FantasiCakes has created an amazingly moist and flavorful cake. The amount of cinnamon and walnuts were perfect, both inside and on top. The icing had such a soft and slightly sweet flavor, without it being over powering to the rest of the coffee cake. Being able to enjoy a cake right down to the last piece, and know it will still be fresh, leaves me completely satisfied with FantasiCakes!"
