"The Pecan Coffee Cake  I was sent for reviewing only lasted two days in my household. I’m not surprised. I was sold as soon as I could smell the aroma of pecan, cinnamon, and vanilla. I’ve never had a coffee cake be so moist and delicate before. Other coffee cakes I’ve had before are dense and dry.  I appreciated Fantasicakes including the icing in a small container rather than icing the cake for me so I have control on how much icing the cake needs. The moisture in the Pecan Coffee is unbelievable. I had such a hard time limiting how much cake I had at a single setting. I’ve never had a moist coffee cake before. The only time I’ve ever had moist coffee cake was when I dunked coffee cake in coffee. I’m not kidding."
