Shipping Information

Minimum order amount for shipping is $12.00. There is an additional $5:00 charge for each box decorated with ribbon as a gift box. Only our Bundt Cakes, Coffee Cakes, and Tarts are available for nationwide shipping via UPS. If you are located outside of our local delivery area you can only select Bundt Cakes, Coffee Cakes, and Tarts for purchase. They can only be shipped to street addresses. UPS does not deliver to P.O. Box addresses.

If you provide an email address on your order you will receive an email from UPS, after your order ships, listing tracking information for your order.

We process the orders Monday to Friday. Orders received before 12:00 p.m. PST on a shipping day will be shipped out the same day (some restrictions may apply). Orders received after 12:00 p.m. PST will be shipped out on the next shipping day. When choosing your desired shipping date and shipping method, please be aware that business days refer to weekdays (Monday through Friday) and exclude certain legal holidays.

In the checkout page you will be able to select a future shipping date for your order in the Ship On Date box.

Please make certain that the shipping addresses you provide are correct. Also please make sure to include any company name, apartment number, or unit number in recipient's address. If you need to correct a shipping address before your order is shipped we will change the address in our system at no additional charge to you. However, if we have to change an incorrect address that you provided after the product has shipped you will be charged an additional $11. This is the amount that UPS charges us to correct addresses for packages in transit. We simply pass those charges on to you.

We try our best to get your order shipped on the date you request. Under normal circumstances your order will arrive within the delivery time that UPS specifies. However, weather, address corrections, holidays and other factors can cause shipping delays. If your order must arrive by a certain date it is best to order early, and request a shipping date that allows a couple of days in addition to the transit time required by UPS.

We ship all orders from Sylmar (Los Angeles area), California.

UPS Ground: Depending on your location your order arrives one to five business days after it is shipped. Your order may arrive earlier than your expected date.

UPS Next Day Air: Your order arrives one business day after it is shipped.
UPS Second Day Air: Your order arrives two business days after it is shipped.
